free tea free coffee subway station missing bar little space
The hotel offers free tea and coffee. I found this perfect for a refreshing during my trip. The subway station is right across the street. It made traveling very easy. Family Mart is close. It was nice for a quick breakfast.
The hotel lacks some facilities. There are no bars or amusement facilities. The room was not very big. I had a little space to put my suitcases. It was hard to move around without crashing into people.

mildew smell outdated decor
the breakfast selection was acceptable with both western and eastern choices.
the rooms had a mildew smell i didnt like and the outdated decor was a problem. the bed also was really hard and caused my partner back pain, so i wasn't pleased.

superb location helpful staff spacious room outdated room school canteen no lounge
the hotel's location was superb. it was just steps from the train station (so convenient!). the staff helped me fill out the luggage transport form with such patience. the room was spacious and clean.
the room felt outdated. it looked a bit tired and worn (i hoped for something fresher). there was no lounge area at all. the breakfast room layout was not ideal with seating at long tables like a school canteen. there were no separate tables for privacy.

this hotel had great amenities. the subway station was across the street, and there were many convenience stores nearby. the hotel gave us skin care sets and extra tea.
the room seemed a bit old-fashioned to me.

the room was clean and big enough for my needs. the bathroom was also nice and clean. i liked the mirable shower head. the hotel also provides relaxing sheets for added comfort.

the staff were helpful. i could leave my suitcases at the hotel before check-in, useful. when there was an earthquake, the staff moved me from the 10th floor for peace of mind (i really appreciated it).

The metro access directly across the street was fantastic. The staff showed true Japanese culture.. perfect service.
The lobby offered minimal seating. Waiting until the designated check-in time wasn't ideal.
